Clearing Your Browser's Internet Cache
Please view the directions for the internet browser you are currently using. If you cannot find your browser on this page, please contact the Online Help Desk for further information.
Internet Explorer on Windows
- Go to the Tools menu on the menu bar at the top and select Internet Options
(make sure the General tab at the top is selected).
- Click the Delete Files button.
- Click the Delete Cookies button next to the Delete Files button.
- Click the Clear History button below the Delete Cookies button.
- Click OK and close your browser.
- Restart your computer and re-launch Internet Explorer.
Firefox on Windows and Mac OS X
- Go to the Tools menu on the menu bar at the top. Select "Clear Private Data."
- Make sure the following boxes are checked:
- Browsing History - Cookies - Cache - Authenticated Sessions
- Click "Clear Private Data Now."
Safari on Mac OS X
- Go to the Safari menu at the top and select "Reset Safari."
- Click the Reset button.
