Associate of Arts in Motion Pictures & Television

The program gives our students hands-on training that prepares them to work in all aspects of
the industry. The academy provides the most technologically advanced facilities and in-house
equipment in the nation. Our courses cover cinematography, lighting, sound, producing, directing,
production design, editing/special effects, acting and screenwriting. Our faculty are accomplished
filmmakers drawn from the Bay Area and Hollywood. Companies like LucasFilm, Industrial Light +
Magic and Pixar supply our instructors with the latest developments in the industry.
The Associate of Arts requires completion of 66 semester units.

NOTE: While most online classes in this degree can be completed on either a MAC or PC, a few
classes in this degree require software that is only available for a PC computer.

Admissions Requirements
