Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration Online
Program Description
Our students learn the skills that are in demand, from the best in the industry. The Graphic
Illustration program offers a balance of classical art skills and technical training in new media,
bringing together the disciplines of illustration and graphic design to prepare students to take
advantage of the many opportunities for artists trained in drawing, painting, and typography.

Requirements
Students who already have a bachelor's degree can enroll in our streamlined Second Degree
Program that is 66 units without requiring any Liberal Arts or Art electives.

Admissions Requirements
The following are general admissions requirements for Bachelor of Fine Arts programs at the
Academy of Art University.
> Domestic Students: Proof of high school graduation (diploma or GED/CHSPE)
> International Students: English translated official high school
