Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture & Design Online

The curriculum targets to prepare graduates for the professional practice of interior architecture and design through education and training. The department strives to achieve a balance between the mastery of design skills that meet the needs of the industry while satisfying the creativity and imagination that will lead to better ways of thinking about our environment. Students begin the program by learning basic skills (sketching, technical drafting, and computer graphics) followed by courses in lighting design, color concepts and materials. Students integrate their skills to further develop their portfolio and presentation.

The Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture & Design requires completion of 132 semester units as follows. Students who already have a bachelor's degree can enroll in our streamlined Second Degree Program that is 66 units without requiring any Liberal Arts or Art Electives.

Our BFA Interior Architecture and Design program has the same curriculum as our FIDER accredited on-campus program. At this time FIDER is not recognizing programs that are offered exclusively on-line.
